Document status and operator
This is the approved and effective version of the Terms of Use as of 2026-10-17 for ElZobad Financial Analysis Platform (operated by Ahmed Khaled Abdalla; legal and privacy contact: privacy@elzobad.com), hosted on Microsoft Azure (UAE North / East US / Europe regions). Public registration and account usage are governed by these terms.
Nature and limits of the service
ElZobad presents information and analysis about stocks, disclosures and financial statements, and may use AI models for analysis or answers. Content is informational, not personalized investment advice or a buy/sell instruction. The service does not execute trades. Data may be delayed, incomplete or require correction; returns and every analytical conclusion are not guaranteed. Consult original disclosures and a qualified professional when needed.
Accounts and security
Use an email address you control and non-misleading account information, and verify the address before using protected features. Keep passwords and verification/reset links private. Do not share your account or impersonate someone else. A session lasts at most seven days; session expiry does not mean account data or records are deleted.
Acceptable use and Somaa
Do not bypass usage limits, access other users' accounts, disrupt the service, or extract content contrary to applicable rights or law. Somaa is limited to stocks on your watchlist; its answers are not independent confirmation of facts. Do not send passwords or sensitive information unnecessary for the financial question.
Plans, watchlists and payments
The Free plan allows three watched stocks. Once all three are selected, list changes are locked until the start of the next calendar month under the current product policy. Proposed limits are Basic seven, Pro ten, Pro+ fifteen, and Unlimited with no count cap. Paid plans are marked Coming soon; this version has no purchase or paid renewal. These terms do not establish prices, billing cycles or refund terms for plans not yet activated.
Rights, risks and changes
Source material, disclosures and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights; displaying them does not authorize redistribution. Investing can result in loss of capital. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, and material changes take effect after publishing the updated version and its effective date; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
